Prospecting, in most instances, is very similar to searching for a soul mate. Whether looking for a potential business partner or personal companion, one usually has a premeditated, preferred description of that person, and is almost always able to spot them in a crowd.
No matter what, the same luring tactics can be used for either.
The common denominator is, you want to be sexy! I don't mean in the wild, flirtatious, seductive ways that are generally popularized. I'm talking about the mature, inviting, arousing characteristics of sexy; confident but vulnerable at the same time.

3. Ask permission. Simple phrases like, "would you mind if I kept in touch" or "what's your email, I'd love to keep in contact" ways to extract the info you need. Being polite is always more attractive than being manipulative any day, even if you're successful at it.
4.NEVER GO FOR THE WHOLE PIE IN ONE BITE. Just like in relationships, it's best take it slow. I suggest always asking for the email first, 99.9% of people will say yes.
If your prospect doesn't offer their number afterward, they're probably not comfortable with you yet.
Don't worry, that will come. In the mean time, since you have their email, you have an opening to build on that relationship. After that, it's only normal for them to provide their number if they're serious about doing business.
